These Two-Sentence Horror Stories Might Just Shiver Your Timbers

Some Shakespeare guy once said, “brevity is the soul of wit.” But I wonder if it’s also the soul of sh*tting your pants scared.

They say that learning to reduce your number of wordlings is a true sign of a great writer. And since I’m not one, you can guess I’m constantly trying to remember to do it.

I often fail.

But luckily, my magic shiny object machine tinkered on this morning and I wanted to add more goodies to my pile of thoughts.

I came across something I thought was pretty cool and wanted to share today. Horror stories. Short ones. Two sentences long, in fact. It’s a pretty common subject over at Reddit and honestly, every time I venture into the topic I’m always pretty impressed.

And a little wet in the pants after, too.

Here’s some of the most impressive and scary ones I found. Just remember, if you’re at work, it’s never too late to put on a diaper.

Being buried alive was bad enough. Realizing I wasn't alone in my own grave was worse.
